G.R. No. 134702 (Spouses Abundio and Eufrocina Bides vs. Nestor Embisan.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 31, 1998 denying the petition fore review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to TREAT the motion as a second motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of August 31, 1998 and DENY the same pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.
