G.R. No. 134737 (Long Tess Realty Investment Corporation vs. Trinidad Algoso.)

Acting on the petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 7, 1998 which denied its first motion for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within to file a petition for review on certiorari and of the resolution of October 14, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for having been filed late, the Court Resolved to DENY the motions, as no compelling reasons exist to warrant reconsiderations thereof. The denial of the motions are both FINAL.
