Quoted hereunder, for your information is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134839 (Ruperto P. Francisco, represented by Carolina Francisco, et al vs. Domingo Patrana.)

Acting on the petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 16, 1998 which denied their motion for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file a petition for review on certiorari and to the resolution of October 19, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for having been filed late, the Court Resolved to DENY the motions, as no compelling reasons exist to warrant reconsiderations thereof. The denial of the motions are both FINAL.
