Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134850 (Vicente Dayawon vs. Leolando Castillo.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 9, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for lack of showing of a reversible error in the questioned judgment as well as for late filing and for failure to submit a verified statement of the date of filing of his motion for reconsideration of the assailed decision of the Court of Appeals and denied likewise his motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 9, 1998 denying his motion for an extension of time to file the aforesaid petition, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
