Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 7, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to submit a verified statement of material dates as well as the duplicate original or certified true copy of the assailed resolution of the National Labor Relations Commission dated 16 June 1998, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
