Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134965 (Dominador and Antonieto Camonical vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the petitioners motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 30, 1998 which denied their motion for extension of time to file a petition for review on certiorari, the Court Resolved to DENY the motion, as no compelling reason exists to warrant a reconsideration thereof. This denial is FINAL.

Besides, the petition for review on certiorari had already been dismissed in the resolution of November 25, 1998
