Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 134982 (Norbeto Milan, represented by Attorney-in-Fact Danilo G. Milan vs. Department of Environment and Natural Resouorces, San Fernando, Pampanga, et al.)

The petitioner's motion for extension of fifteen (15) days from November 26, 1998 within which to file a motion for reconsideration of the resolution of September 30, 1998 which denied petitioner's motion for extension to file a petition for review on certiorari and dismissed the petition is DENIED for lack of merit, pursuant to the En Banc resolution of April 7, 1998 which formally laid down the general policy that no motion for extension of time to file a motion for reconsideration shall be granted after the Court has rendered its judgment.
