Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 18, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for petitioner's failure to submit a verified statement of the date of receipt of the questioned amended decision of the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
