Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 18, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure of sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
