Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, the basic Issues therein having previously been duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
