Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 135263 (Federation of Free Workers [FFW] vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which denied its motion for an extension of time to file a petition for certiorari for being late, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The private respondents' opposition to the aforesaid motion for reconsideration as well as their motion for entry of judgment in this case are both NOTED.
