Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 135266 (Heirs of deceased Pastor Rivera, represented by Azucena, Erlinda and Conrado, all surnamed Rivera vs. Maximino Pacheco and Maria Pacheco.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 12, 1998 which denied their motion for an extension of time file a motion for review on certiorari for failure to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the petition on the respondents as required in Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought; besides the petition for review on certiorari has already been dismissed in the resolution of November 25, 1998.
