Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of The resolution of October 19, 1998 dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to serve a copy of the petition on the National Labor Relations Commission, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The opposition the private respondent to the aforesaid motion is NOTED.
