G.R. No. 135327 (Jose C. Vargas vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for the reconsideration of the resolution of October 14, 1998 which denied the petition for certiorari for failure to submit a written explanation of the non-personal service of copies of the petition on the respondents as required in Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, neither substantial argument nor compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The notice of Chipeco Villaluz Zoreta and Ladrido Law Offices, counsel for private respondents, of its change of address to 2nd Floor, Chipeco Bldg., Shaw Blvd. cor. Meralco Ave., Pasig City, Metro Manila, with request to be furnished with the copies of Court processes in this case at the aforestated new address is NOTED.
