Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.

G.R. No. 135338 (Spouses Ricardo M. Espina and Mylene S. Yumul-Espina vs. Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, et al.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 21, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari on the ground that the questioned order was not properly certified by the authorized official of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board and that the certification on non-forum shopping did not include the undertaking to notify this Court of any similar action of proceeding that may have been filed or it pending before this Court , the Court of Appeals, or nay agency or tribunal, as well as for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to B.P. 129 as amended by R.A. 7902, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
