G.R. No. 135348 (Sweetheart Bakeshop, Inc. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of October 21, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the questioned judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The manifestation of petitioner dated December 5, 1998 informing the Court of the filing and the service of copies of the aforesaid motion on the respondents by registered mail as evidenced by the attached registry receipts is NOTED.
