Acting on the motion of the petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of October 21, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit the registry of receipts as proof of mailing of copies of the petition to the Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board and the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
