Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 18, 1999.

G.R. No. 135381 (Lualhati Bautista vs. Miguel L. Cosino.)

Acting on the petition for review on certiorari, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same for having been filed late on November 3, 1998, due date being October 8, 1998 in view of the denial of petitioner's motion for extension of time to file said petition in the resolution of November 9, 1998 for her failure to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motion on the respondent pursuant to Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

Petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of November 9, 1998 is DENIED with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
