G.R. No. 135432 (Silliman University Faculty Association [SUFA] and Rowena Ambrose vs. Silliman University [SU] and/or Mervyn Misajon, President of the University.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of November 9, 1998 which dismissed the petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit the duplicate original or certified true copy of the questioned decision of the Court of Appeals as well as a certification on non-forum shopping duly executed by the President of petitioner itself or its authorized representative, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
