G.R. No. 135465 (Luis B. Garcia, for himself and for his deceased wife Juliet Victorio - Garcia vs. Spouses Eduardo and Estela Gungon, et al.)

Acting on the petition for review on certiorari of the order dated July 24, 1998 of the respondent court in Civil Case No. C-16473, the Court Resolved to DENY the petition for having been posted late on October 30, 1998, as petitioners' motion for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file the petition was denied in the resolution of November 18, 1998 and the reglementary period within which to file the petition expired October 10, 1998, counsel for petitioners having received a copy of the resolution denying petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the assailed order on September 25, 1998.
