G.R. No. 135479 (Aizer Bruns Corporation vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of November 11, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari on the ground that the issues raised therein are essentially factual and there is no sufficient showing that the findings of the National Labor Relations Commission are not supported by the requisite quantum of evidence, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
