G.R. No. 135683 (Rafael Paul A. Espejo vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari dated November 14, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same pursuant to Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure for petitioner's failure to submit a duly accomplished affidavit of service of copies of the petition on the respondents since the affidavit submitted failed to state the date and place of such service by mail in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13 of the same Rules.
