G.R. No. 135807 (Rodolfo Manlapit vs. Spouses Manuel and Violeta M. Guiang, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for a second extension of forty (40) days within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for having been filed late; besides, petitioner's first motion for such extension has been denied in the resolution of December 2, 1998 for failure to serve a copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals and to submit a duly signed affidavit of service of the motion on the respondents.
