Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25, 1999.

G.R. No. 135895 (Ramona Pagaduan vs. Evelina B. Rey Santos and Pilar S.V. Ubana.)

Acting on the petition for review on certiorari dated November 3, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same pursuant to Sections 4 and 5, Rule 45, in relation to Section 5(d), Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure for petitioner's failure to submit a certification, duly executed by the petitioner herself, that no other action or proceeding involving the same issues raised in this case has been filed or is pending before this Court, the Court of Appeals or any other tribunal or agency with an undertaking to promptly inform the Court should she thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding has been filed or is pending before said courts in accordance with Section 5, Rule 7 of the same Rules.

Petitioner's motion dated December 4, 1998 to admit the aforesaid petition for review on certiorari is NOTED.
