Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20, 1999.

G.R. No. 136005 (RMB Security and General Services Group vs. Novaline, Incorporated.)

The motion of counsel for petitioner for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED, conditioned upon the timeliness of the filing of the same and the payment of the docket and legal research fund fees and compliance with the requirements of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

Acting on the petition for review on certiorari of the order dated August 19, 1998 of the respondent court in Civil Case No. Q-97-31961, the Court Resolved to DENY the petition for failure of the petitioner to show that a reversible error had been committed by the same court.
