Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20, 1999.

G.R. No. 136053 (Spouses Jose B. Oclay and Catalina B. Oclay vs. Hon Crispin N. Laron, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 44, Dagupan City, et al.)

The motion of counsel for petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from the expiration of the reglementary period within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is GRANTED, conditioned upon the timeliness of the filing of the same and the payment of the docket and legal research fund fees and compliance with the requirements of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure.

Considering the allegations contained, the issues raised and the arguments adduced in the petition for review on certiorari of the decision dated July 13, 1998 of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. SP No 44870, the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition to require respondents to COMMENT thereon, within ten (10) days from notice.
