Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

G.R. No. 136188 (Renato C. Namia, Vocational School Superintendent I, Burauen Polytechnic College, Burauen, Leyte vs. Commission on Audit, Quezon City.)

Acting on the special civil action for certiorari and it appearing that the petition lacks verified statement on material dates when the assailed decision was received and when the motion for reconsideration was filed, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the petition pursuant to paragraph (4) of Revised Circular No. 1-88. In any case, the petition would still be dismissed for failure of the petitioner to sufficiently show that respondents acted grave abuse of discretion in rendering the questioned resolution.
