Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 20, 1999.

G.R. No. 136198 (In the Matter of the Probate of the Will of Emilia Salazar: Modesto Salazar vs. Leonila Semilla.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from December 4, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to comply with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure petitioner having failed to state in the affidavit of service the date of service of copies of the motion on the Court of Appeals and on the respondent.
