The motion of petitioners for an extension of thirty (30) days from November 27, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for failure to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals pursuant to Rule 13, Section 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as the proof of service attached to the motion is not sworn.
