Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 136236 (Felisa Perez et al. vs. Joselito San Juan Alvarez, represented by his attorney-in-fact, Amelia San Juan Alvarez.)

The motion of petitioners for an extension of thirty (30) days from November 28, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for non-compliance with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioners having failed to indicate in the affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals the place of such service.
