G.R. No. 136265 (Pacific Twine and Net Labor Union-FSM vs. Hon. Bienvenido E. Laguesma, et al.)
The motion of petitioner for an extension within which to file a petition for certiorari is GRANTED for fifteen (15) days only in accordance with Rule 65, �4 of the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Acting on the petition for certiorari dated December 10, 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the same pursuant to Section 3, Rule 46 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure as amended, for petitioner's failure to submit a verified statement of the date of filing of its motion for reconsideration of the assailed order of the Secretary of Labor.
