G.R. No. 136319 (Roberto P. Tolentino vs. Hon. Alfonso S. Garcia, et al.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from December 8, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for non-compliance with Rule 13, Section 13 in relation to Rule 45, Section 2 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioner having failed to submit an affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals.
