Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 27, 1999.

G.R. No. 136377 (Ramon Que vs. Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company.)

The motion of petitioner for an extension of thirty (30) days from November 11, 1998 within which to file a petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for non-compliance with Section 13, Rule 13, in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, petitioner having failed to indicate in the affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and on the Court of Appeals the place of such service.

The manifestation of petitioner submitting therewith the aforesaid motion and the postal money order for the amount of P920.00 as payment of the prescribed legal fees is NOTED.
