Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 25, 1999.

G.R. No. 136437 (In the matter of the petition for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus: Eduardo Lagamon, et al. vs. Hon. Judge Jose Abdallah, et al.)

After deliberating on the petition for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus for Eduardo Lagamon, Tirso Lagamon, Joey Lagamon and Rolly Carbonera dated December 16, 1998, the Court, without giving due course thereto, RESOLVES to (a) require respondents to COMMENT thereon [not to file a motion to dismiss] within a NON- EXTENDIBLE PERIOD of FIVE (5) DAYS from notice hereof and (b) REFER this case to the Court of Appeals for proper determination and disposition.
