[ G.R. No. 96412. January 13, 1999]
ANICETA RAMIREZ, et al. vs. CA, et al.
THIRD DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 13, 1999.
G.R. No. 96412 (Aniceta Ramirez, Agustin Ramirez, Jr., and Lorna Ramirez, Nestor Ramirez, Romeo Ramirez, Chito Ramirez, Pancho Ramirez, Marlon Ramirez, Oscar Ramirez, Spouses Vicente and Baldomera Aninon, and Spouses Elmer and Beng Tee Sunbanum, vs. The Court of Appeals and Spouses Benedicto and Evangeline Ramos.)
Before the Court is petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration of the Decision of this Court, dated August 24, 1998, affirming in toto the Decision of the Court of Appeals in C.A.-G.R. CV No. 15013.
Evidently, the motion poses nothing new. The points raised and arguments advanced by the movants merely reiterate the thrust of the petition which the Court found unmeritorious, and after giving the Decision sought to be rendered a second hard look, we discern no sustainable basis for reconsidering the same.
WHEREFORE, petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration under consideration is hereby DENIED for want of merit.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) JULIETA Y. CARREON
Clerk of Court
