The copy of the letter of the petitioner addressed to President Joseph E. Estrada, dated August 8, 1998 requesting favorable consideration and approval of his follow-up letter regarding the disposition of his case, referred to this Court by Gaudencio A. Mendoza, Jr., Asst. Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs, Office of the President, Malaca�ang, Manila, in his First Indorsement dated November 4, 1998 is EXPUNGED from the records of this case pursuant to the resolution of July 17, 1996 which expressly declared that no further motions or pleadings shall be entertained in this case, the petition for certiorari having been already dismissed in he resolution of May 6, 1991, entry of judgment made on July 31, 1991, the records remanded on September 17, 1991.
