Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JAN 19, 1999.

A.M. No. 98-6-166-RTC (Re: Request of Judge Irma Zita V. Masamayor for extension of time to decide cases.)

In view of the compliance of Judge Irma Zita Masamayor, the Court Resolved to consider this matter CLOSED with admonition however that she should be more careful, punctual and observant in the performance of her duties and functions.
