Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 14, 1999.

G.R. No. 123433 (Raymundo Beluan vs. Hon. Aniano Desierto, Ombudsman, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 21 April 1999 dismissing the petition for certiorari on the ground that it is now moot and academic, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

Petitioner's ex-parte manifestation dated 25 June 1999 submitting therewith the affidavit of service of the aforesaid motion on the Ombudsman, Office of the special Prosecutor and Atty. Eladio Ba. Anino II, and the notice of change of address of the Special Prosecutor to the 5/F, Sandiganbayan Centennial Building, COA Compound, Commonwealth Ave. cor. Batasan Road, 1126 Quezon City, with request to be furnished with copies of court processes in the abovestated address are NOTED.
