Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 7, 1999.

G.R. No. 123509 (Lucio Robles, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Considering that the Director of Lands was impleaded as a respondent in this case but the Office of the Solicitor General was not furnished copies of the Court Resolutions (1) requiring the filing of a comment and (2) giving due course to the petition and ordering the parties to file their respective memoranda, the Court resolves to:

(a) DIRECT the Clerk of Court to furnish the Office of the Solicitor General copies of the petition, comment and memoranda filed in this case; and

(b) REQUIRE the Office of the Solicitor General to file its Memorandum, if it so desires, within twenty (20) days from receipt of this Resolution and the aforecited pleadings.
