Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 1, 1999.

G.R. No. 131958 (Eduardo Zamora Detecio vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Acting on the omnibus motion of the petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of February 16, 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for non-compliance with the provisions of Rule 65, in relation to Rules 46 and 56, governing petitions for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus, as amended and provided in the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, with motion to admit the attached amended petition for certiorari, the Court RESOLVED to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the same.

Accordingly, the aforesaid amended petition for certiorari as well as the transmittal letter of the petitioner submitting to this Court nineteen copies of the amended petition and its annexes are NOTE WITHOUT ACTION. Martinez., J. is on leave.
