Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 7, 1999.

G.R. No. 134475 (Rodolfo S. Kalaw vs. Sixto S. Kalaw, et al.)

This resolves petitioner's Motion for Reconsideration of this court's Resolution dated August 31, 1998, denying the petition for review on certiorari for failure of petitioner to comply with requirement No. 2 of Rules 45 and 65, in relation to Rules 46 and 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure. After a careful study, the court finds no compelling reason to reconsider the assailed Resolution.

WHEREFORE, for want of merit, the Motion for Reconsideration under consideration is hereby DENIED with finality.
