Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 14, 1999.

G.R. No. 134751 (Spouses Jaime and Rosalinda Sevilla, et al. vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

The motion of petitioners for leave to file second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 31 August 1998 which denied their motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari for lack of service of copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended. Accordingly, the second motion for reconsideration of the resolutions of 31 August 1998 and 28 September 1998, which denied the petition for review on certiorari for late filing and for lack of a duplicate original or certified true copy of the assailed resolution of the Court of Appeals, is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained in this case.

Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT in this case be made in due course.
