Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 28, 1999.

G.R. No. 134786 (Spouses Ang Tiao and Maria Gagarin vs. System Realty Development Corporation.)

Considering the motion of petitioners for leave to file thereto attached second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 22 March 1999 which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 05 October 1998 denying the petition for review on certiorari, and it appearing that said motion for reconsideration is actually a second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 05 October 1998, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion for leave pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended. Accordingly, petitioners' second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 05 October 1998 is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

No further pleadings or motions shall be entertained on this case.

Let ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT in this case be made in due course.
