G.R. No. 135007 (Hda. Kambacao II, et al. vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Considering the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolutions of 19 October 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari and 27 January 1999 which denied with finality their motion for reconsideration of aforesaid resolution of 19 October 1998, the Court RESOLVES to TREAT the motion as a second motion for reconsideration of the aforesaid resolution of 19 October 1998 and to DENY the same for lack of merit and pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
