G.R. No. 135837 (Elias Guro, et al. vs. Mayor Edris Lao, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 17 February 1999 which denied the petition for review 0n certiorari for late filings as well as for lack of certification on non-forum shopping, registry receipts as proof of mailing of copies of the petition on respondents and on the Regional Trial Court, duly sworn affidavit of service clearly stating the date and place of service, and duplicate original or certified true copies of the questioned decision or certified true copied of the questioned decision and resolution of the Regional Trial Court, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
