Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 28, 1999.

G.R. No. 135945 (The United Residents of Dominican Hill, Inc. et al. vs. Commission on Settlement of Land Problems, et al.)

The motions of petitioners for first and second extension of time totaling twenty (20) days from 20 June 1999 within which to file reply to private respondent's comment on the petition for certiorari are GRANTED.

The copy of the resolution of 14 April 1999 addressed to Mario Padilan, et al., at Dominica Hill, Baguio City, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Moved, Left No Address," is deemed SERVED on Mario Padilan, et al. by substituted service pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rule of Civil Procedure, as amended.
