G.R. No. 136890 (Spouses Pepito Geronimo and Luzviminda Geronimo vs. Salome Reodanza, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 07 April 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for being essentially factual and for lack of sufficient showing that the findings of the Court of Appeals are not supported by the requisite quantum of evidence or that said court had committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment as to warrant the exercise by this Court of its discretionary appellate jurisdiction in this case, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
