Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated JUL 19, 1999.

G.R. No. 136915 (Spouses Celso A. Fernandez and Fe Villanueva-Fernandez, et al. vs. Development Bank of the Philippines.)

The copy of the resolution of 17 February 1999 addressed to Fernandez Velicaria Pajima and Felican Law Offices, counsel for petitioners, at 403-405 Century imperial Palace Suite, Timog Avenue corner T. Morato, 1100 Quezon City, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "unclaimed," is deemed SERVED on said counsel by substituted service pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

The postal reply of Melina D. Oliva, Chief, Records Section City Central Post Office, dated 18 June 1999 stating that the letter/package under Registry No. 25594 dated 23 March 1999 addressed to Fernandez Velicaria was returned to sender on 10 May 1999 with notation "unclaimed" is NOTED.
