Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 10 March 1999 which denied their motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari for lack of affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
