G.R. No. 137426 (Francis Collado vs. People of the Philippines.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 22 march 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to adduce any compelling reason to warrant petitioner's disregard of judicial hierarchy and for this Court to assume jurisdiction over the case in the first instance, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
